By accessing Phone-Check.app or using our phone validation services, you agree to these Terms of Service, the Privacy Policy, and any plan terms or written agreements that apply to your account. If you use the service for an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
Phone-Check.app provides phone number validation, formatting, carrier lookup, line type identification, deliverability signals, risk signals, bulk validation, dashboard tooling, and related API documentation. Results are informational and should be combined with your own business rules, consent records, and compliance review before making critical decisions.
You are responsible for your account, API keys, team access, usage, and integrations. Keep credentials confidential, rotate keys when needed, and notify us if you suspect unauthorized access. We may suspend or limit access if we detect abuse, compromised credentials, payment risk, or use that threatens the platform.
You may not use Phone-Check.app to:
You remain responsible for the phone numbers and other data you submit. You must have the rights, permissions, notices, and legal basis needed to submit data to Phone-Check.app and use the returned results. Our handling of personal information is described in the Privacy Policy.
Phone validation can help you improve data quality and reduce messaging risk, but it does not replace legal review, consent management, opt-out handling, sender registration, or carrier policy compliance. You are responsible for complying with TCPA, CAN-SPAM, GDPR, ePrivacy, A2P 10DLC, CTIA, carrier rules, and other laws or industry rules that apply to your messaging and verification workflows.
Paid plans, API credits, usage charges, renewals, taxes, and payment terms are shown at checkout, in your dashboard, or in your written agreement. You authorize us and our payment providers to charge the payment method on file. Refunds are handled under the Refund Policy unless a separate written agreement applies.
We may add, change, suspend, or remove features, data sources, countries, endpoints, plans, limits, or integrations as the service evolves. We work to keep the service reliable, but phone validation depends on external networks, carriers, data providers, and internet infrastructure that can change without notice.
The service is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee that every phone number marked valid will receive SMS, voice, or messaging traffic, or that every invalid, risky, disconnected, ported, or reassigned number will be detected. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Phone-Check.app is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, failed deliveries, carrier blocking, compliance penalties, or business interruption. Our total liability for a claim is limited to the amount you paid to Phone-Check.app for the service giving rise to the claim during the 12 months before the claim.
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, fail to pay, create security risk, misuse the service, or expose us or other customers to legal or operational risk. After termination, you must stop using API keys and delete cached results unless you have a lawful reason to keep them.
We may update these Terms as the product, laws, or business practices change. The date above shows when this page was last updated. Continued use of the service after updated terms are posted means you accept the updated terms.
