You can request deletion of your Phone-Check.app account data at any time. This page explains the normal deletion flow for account information, API keys, billing records, support messages, and phone validation data. Please also read our Privacy Policy.
If you can sign in, start from your account settings and remove active API keys, webhooks, saved payment methods, and team access before requesting final deletion. If you cannot access the account, contact us from the email address connected to the account so we can verify ownership.
Phone numbers submitted for validation are processed for the validation workflow and security monitoring. We do not keep validated phone lists as a customer database. Aggregated usage metrics, fraud-prevention logs, billing records, and security events may be retained where needed to operate the service, comply with law, resolve disputes, or prevent abuse.
Send a deletion request through our contact form or email hello@phone-check.app. Include your account email, company name if applicable, and whether you want to delete the full account or specific personal information.
We may need to verify your identity before acting on a deletion request. We aim to respond within 30 days unless a shorter or longer period is required by applicable law. Some records may remain in backups, audit logs, invoices, or security systems for a limited period before they expire under our retention schedules.
